  • The use of emotional intelligence to achieve successful outcomes in the workplace,
  • The importance of stress reduction, emotional management, nonverbal communication, humour and the ability to resolve conflicts positively in effective leadership,
  • Recognising and stepping above automatic negative thoughts and negative core beliefs in the role of leader,
  • How to set effective goals and take decisive action,
  • How to re-programme your internal thoughts and by doing so influence other peoples attitude and behaviour,
  • How to communicate effectively, provide effective feedback and manage different personality types,
  • How to prioritise, make effective decisions, address procrastination, manage time and delegate within a team,
