- Why all problems have two features in common: goals and barriers,
- How to overcome indecisiveness and make effective decisions,
- Dealing with the problem of the “the attention we give to the problem”,
- How to become a proactive, solution focused and an “I can do” person,
- Techniques to solve problems involving our own behaviour, involving others and problems we have no control over,
- Recognising and managing an “Emotion focus” and “Problem focus” when coping with problems,
- How to address procrastination and deal effectively with change,
- Moving out of the comfort zone and identifying priorities when making decisions,
- How to manage anxiety and frustration associated with decision making and indecisiveness,
- How to deal with the fear of “letting go”, procrastination and making a decision,
- How to put in place a decision making strategy,
