  • How to become more resilient in the face of challenges at work, home and personal wellbeing,
  • How to get out of your own way and restore a healthy work/life balance,
  • Mindfulness and how it can contribute to overall wellbeing and mental resilience,
  • How to use mindfulness to increase energy, attention and create a reality of value, meaning and purpose,
