Purpose: Mindfulness is about paying attention in the present moment, on purpose, with kindness and compassion rather than judgement and criticism. Increased awareness brings many benefits in how we lead our lives, interact with people and manage difficult situations.

Purpose: Working our way through this unusual period has required us to make a number of adjustments to how we use our time. People report a variety of new challenges from having to build a new workday routine to dealing with de-motivation, a lack of focus, too much time to think, boredom, etc. This session will offer a number of suggestions on how to address these issues.
