Purpose: Mindfulness is about paying attention in the present moment, on purpose, with kindness and compassion rather than judgement and criticism. Increased awareness brings many benefits in how we lead our lives, interact with people and manage difficult situations.

Purpose: Boundaries provide us with a comfortable space to live our lives as we wish. However unless we know, build and maintain healthy boundaries, we can get overrun by the demands of others and the challenges of day to day living. Balance goes out the door!
