  1. Dancing with Change – Returning to the office!

Purpose: For some people this period of uninvited change has proven insightful, character building and rewarding while for many others it has been disruptive, stressful and unsettling. As many people now face the prospect of returning to work, transition and adaption bring with it its own set of challenges. This session will look at:

  • The roles of habit and fear in “letting go” and embrace the prospect of returning to the office,
    • How to reframe your view of things, step out of your “new found” comfort zone and practice realistic optimism,
    • How to take back control and restore a sense of balance and perspective,

“Bouncebackability” – Building your Resilience,

Purpose: At the core of Resilience is the ability to persevere through difficult times, setbacks, stressful situations, etc. This session looks at some of the key behaviours of resilient people and offers practical tools and techniques to build personal resilience and practice self care.

  • What is Resilience and how can you improve your “Bouncebackability”?
    • What are the key behaviours of resilient people,
    • Practical recommendations to help you build your resilience during this time of change,

Winning the Stress game! – Stress/Anxiety:

Purpose: The challenges of the present situation will bring about an increase in unwanted pressure, anxiety and stress for many people. This session will help identify some of the triggers of stress and offer some practical advice on what you can do about it.

  • How to identify and manage the source of your stress – your thoughts,
    • How to challenge unhelpful beliefs, opinions, thoughts and attitudes in building resilience and managing stress,
    • Practical tips and things you can do when you feel stressed, anxious and fearful,

Building Healthy Boundaries

Purpose: Boundaries provide us with a comfortable space to live our lives as we wish. However unless we know, build and maintain healthy boundaries, we can get overrun by the demands of others and the demands of day to day living. This session will look at:

  • What are boundaries and why they are so important particularly at this time when society and workplaces are opening up again.
    • What stops us from setting good strong boundaries when we know they are in our best interests?
    • Living from the “Inside Out” means taking personal responsibility. How to draw a line in the sand at this time for key areas of your life – time, emotions, energy and values.

Switch on, not off, Mindfulness,

Purpose: Mindfulness is about paying attention in the present moment, on purpose, with kindness and compassion rather than judgement and criticism. Increased awareness brings many benefits in how we lead our lives, interact with people and manage difficult situations. This session will look at:

  • How can Mindfulness help you deal with the challenges you face during this time?
  • How to develop a mindful approach to dealing with the unwanted pressure and stress of this situation,
  • Breathing exercises and practical suggestions to integrate increased awareness into your day,

Motivation 22 – Goal setting, Decision making, Investing in you!

Purpose: It has been hard to keep ourselves motivated during this time of uncertainty, setbacks and concern. This session looks to reboot your energy, drive and purpose.

  • What are your motivators and why they differ for everyone,
  • Putting your internal critic back in his/her box and overcoming the barriers that get in your way,

Finding the 25th Hour”

Purpose:  Working our way through this unusual period has taught us much about the way we use our time. During uncertain times things can change daily. People report a variety of new challenges from having to build a new workday routine to dealing with de-motivation, a lack of focus, too much time to think, boredom, etc. This session will offer a number of suggestions on how to address these issues.

  • How to recognise and challenge personal obstacles to effective time management,
  • The importance of “SAFE” for effective use of your time, (Structure, Attitude, Focus, Energy),
  • Practical tips and things you can do to manage yourself better in time,

Purpose: One of the most important things that you need to manage in this time of crisis and change is your “Noisy Mind”. This session provides helpful tips on getting your mind working with you rather than against you.

    • How to avoid the “Angle of Misery” and adopt a solution focused attitude to the way things are,
    • Practical tips on how to step out of your comfort zone, embrace change and move with flexibility,

Purpose: As we have been catapulted out of our regular routines and ways of work, balance has gone out the door. This session will help identify some of the issues we face and offer tips and techniques to restore a healthy life balance.

Fall Still.

Purpose: Are you racing to go backwards? Are you longing for happiness yet keep chasing it in the future? This is a practical session built around a number of practices to bring stillness to your life in the present.

  • How to fall still at a time of change and unpredictability,
    • So much of our lives takes place in our heads – memory, speculation, imagination, etc. If you want to change your life, start with changing your mind.
    • Practical exercise’s, tools and techniques to enhance awareness and stillness.

Purpose: At this time of unpredictability and change, having healthy habits provides you with a valuable anchor and source of stability. We are creatures of habit and routine yet we have been launched out of our familiar patterns and ways of living. This session will look at:

    • The mind is by nature habitual – the key behaviours associated with habits.
    • How to build healthy habits, tools and techniques that can help you through this unusual time.

Key to our ability to persevere through difficult times, setbacks and stressful situations is in how we look after ourselves. This session looks at some of the challenges of self employment and how to look out for our wellbeing.

  • The role of effective goal setting, planning, decision making and healthy boundaries in self employment and self care,
  • How to develop a mindful approach to dealing with the unwanted pressure,
