Inside-Out Training has been very well received in South Tipperary County Council.  It has proved to be very popular with staff with the result that we now have a waiting list for same.    We first ran this training in 2005 and we have included it again in our 2006 Training Programame. Feedback from the course is very positive.  Participants are very impressed with Jerry’s practical approach and relaxed style of presentation and have found the training very interesting and relevant.

The response from staff who have participated on the First HRD programmes has been very positive. From a work perspective it has improved morale and motivation while also impacting positively on work output and attendance. People found the programme of great benefit in term of their knowledge of lifestyle issues and in their recognition of the importance of taking responsibility for their own wellbeing. Given that stress management and work/life balance affect the performance of staff at work, we see the introduction of the First HRD programme as an important part of the training being offered by Enterprise Ireland.

We engaged Jerry to run his Training programme for our senior management team.
