“Inside Out” Mindfulness,

Benefits:

Following the programme participants will have the knowledge, skills and techniques to:

  • Practice mindfulness and integrate it into everyday life,
  • Use Mindfulness effectively in the workplace,
  • Bring awareness and attention to what is happening here and now,
  • Develop a sense of control and stability in the hustle and bustle of a busy life,
  • Break free from unhelpful habits and overcome obstacles to change,
  • Develop a mindful approach to dealing with unwanted pressure and increase the  ability to relax and experience calm,
  • Restore a positive Work/Life Balance,
  • Increase energy, manage time, improve communication and relationships through mindfulness,

The programme will be built around how to:

• Explore Mindfulness and how it can be of benefit at home and in the workplace,
• Bring awareness and attention to what is happening here and now,
• Develop a sense of control and stability in the hustle and bustle of a busy work environment,
• Break free from unhelpful habits and overcome obstacles to change at home and at work,
• Develop a mindful approach to dealing with unwanted pressure and increase the ability to relax and experience calm no matter where you are,
• Recognise stress (including unseen stress) and how to cope with its debilitating effects in yourself and others.
• Use a mindful approach to emotional self management,
• Move out of “Doing” mode and into “Being”,
• Pay attention with intention to achieve successful outcomes in work related tasks,
• Develop both a “Flexibility” and “Opportunity” mindset,
• Increase your energy, manage your time more effectively, improve your communication skills and build healthy relationships
• Practice mindfulness – tools/exercises, and integrate into everyday life at work and home,

This session may be run as a full or half day programme for groups or individuals.
